Staying in a transient house is a better option when going to Baguio in groups. It's cheaper and you can even get discounts especially for groups of 10 or more. You'll have the freedom to do things which you aren't allowed to do if you stay in a hotel.
From our last team building in Baguio, we stayed at the Mountain Side Inn along Bokawkan road. It's just a 10-minute taxi or jeepney ride away from Burnham park.
